Modern Brands provides professional website design, logo design, and branding services. All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in your project agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• • Logo design projects: Full payment upon completion
• • Website design projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
• • Bundle packages: Payment as outlined in project agreement
• • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in your service package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your completed logo and website designs. Modern Brands retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.

6. Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your final deliverables, we will work with you to make it right or provide a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Modern Brands' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
